The most useful first message tells us where the site is, what you are hoping to build, and when you would like to start. Drawings are welcome but not required; a sketch on a page is enough for the first conversation.
Site walks are booked during business hours and usually take about an hour. We bring the story pole, a level and a notebook, and we leave you with a written note of what the ground allows.

How far do you travel from Stockton?
We work within a reasonable drive of the yard and take projects in the valley where we can be on site within the day. If the lot is further out, we will say so at the first conversation rather than after the contract.
Can you work with my own designer or builder?
Yes. Many of our projects begin with an owner who already has drawings, and some begin with a builder who wants our coursing and supervision. We are comfortable joining a team that is already in place.
When is the best time to call?
Weekday mornings reach the front desk most reliably, though email is checked throughout the day. If we are on a pour or a lift, leave a message and we will return it the same working day.
